Start with Builder ($25/month). It gives you enough bits to build a simple app and learn how Nativeline works. You can upgrade anytime if you need more.

Choose Pro ($50/month). The code editor lets you make quick tweaks yourself and learn Swift by seeing what the AI generates.

Consider Scale ($100+/month). You can choose your exact bit amount based on your needs, and you get priority support.
Managing Your Account
Checking Your Usage
Your remaining bits are displayed in the Nativeline app:- Look for the usage indicator in the toolbar
- A warning appears when you’ve used 80% of your bits
- Bits reset monthly on your billing date
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade:- Click on your profile or Settings
- Select Plans or Subscription
- Choose a new plan
- Confirm your upgrade
Downgrading Your Plan
You can also downgrade:- Go to Settings → Plans
- Select a lower tier plan
- Confirm the change
Canceling Your Subscription
If you need to cancel:- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
Account Security
Your Data
- Projects are stored locally on your Mac in
~/Documents/Nativeline Projects/ - Account info is stored securely in our cloud
- Credentials (like database passwords) are encrypted in your Mac’s Keychain
- We never see your passwords — they’re encrypted locally
Signing Out
To sign out:- Click your profile
- Select Sign Out
- Confirm
Deleting Your Account
To delete your account entirely:- Contact support@nativeline.ai
- We’ll verify your identity
- Your account and cloud data will be permanently deleted
Troubleshooting

Verification code not arriving
If the email with your code isn’t showing up:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Wait a few minutes (can take up to 5 min)
- Make sure you entered the correct email
- Click “Resend code”
- Check if your email provider blocks automated emails
Invalid verification code

If your code isn’t working:
- Make sure you’re entering all 8 digits
- Check that you’re using the most recent code (if you requested multiple)
- Request a new code and try again
- Codes expire after 10 minutes

If you’re having trouble logging in:
- Double-check your email address
- Request a new verification code
- Check your spam folder
- Contact support@nativeline.ai if issues persist

Payment failed
If your subscription payment didn’t go through:
- Check your card details are correct
- Ensure the card isn’t expired
- Check with your bank for blocked transactions
- Try a different payment method
